Kira is the founder of Ascend Clinic, the visionary behind both Ascend Aesthetica and Ascend Medica. With a background that blends aesthetics, clinical nursing, and patient-centered care, she created Ascend to offer a more inclusive and elevated experience—where beauty and wellness are deeply personal, never one-size-fits-all.

A Certified Laser Technician (CLT) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently completing her RN and BSN simultaneously, Kira brings a unique blend of clinical precision and artistic instinct to her work. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with coursework in healthcare delivery, ethics, policy, and advanced sciences. Her experience spans private home health, elite plastic surgery clinics, and high-end aesthetic practices—informing a philosophy rooted in both safety and self-expression.

Through Ascend Aesthetica, she specializes in laser aesthetics, skin refinement, and plastic surgery consulting. The brand is will be expanding to offer injectables and full-service medical spa treatments in 2026, bringing personalized, high-impact beauty solutions to clients who value both artistry and expertise. Whether the goal is a bold transformation or a refined enhancement, Ascend Aesthetica delivers care that empowers clients to define beauty on their own terms.

With Ascend Medica, she is laying the groundwork for a new standard in affirming, inclusive primary care—especially for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those too often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems. She plans to pursue her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) following her BSN to serve as a primary care provider within Ascend Medica, offering care that is identity-informed, trauma-conscious, and built on trust. In the meantime, she is actively building a team of Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and allied providers who embody Ascend’s values and are committed to transforming how care is delivered.

Across both Aesthetica and Medica, Kira’s vision is clear: to elevate care—cosmetic or clinical—by putting individuality, dignity, and real connection at the center of it all.
